Colorado Nanny, Inc. was founded in 2002 with the goal of providing a highly professional nanny placement service with a cost effective flat fee structure.  By developing and adhering to strict quality guidelines, providing excellent candidates on a consistent basis and filling placements in a timely manner, the company became one of Colorado's top placement agencies within it's first 2 years of operation.

The founder, Jane Jones, has helped run several small companies over the years and has extensive experience in Personnel, Marketing and Sales. With over 15 years of hiring experience combined with an understanding of children’s needs through a degree in Elementary Education, she is ideally suited to guide the process of matching  the personality and skill sets of a nanny with a family needing in-home childcare. Jane has a bright staff of full-time employees who are experienced in working in the childcare industry.  An additional and very important part of Jane’s experience is that she is herself a mother and an experienced nanny employer. This gives her the extra insight to provide clients who are hiring a nanny for the first time.

Since the mid 80’s, Jane has remained very involved as a participant and contributor to the YMCA  and Big Brother/Big Sister children programs. Her passion and enthusiasm for this business is renewed daily by assisting families in finding safe/loving childcare and helping nannies advance their careers.

Colorado Nanny, Inc. is the only agency in the state who has a sister company (Childcare Background Research Corp.) which provides nanny background checks on a national basis. We have built our reputation by being consistent in representing excellent candidates and matching them with the right families. Due to this fact,  the vast majority of our clients come through customer referrals.
