About Our Nannies

Colorado Nanny, Inc. works exclusively with quality  childcare providers who have two or more years of childcare experience which can include previous work as a nanny, teacher, pre-school/early learning instructor and a wide variety of other childcare related positions. The entire focus of our agency is in-home childcare. We screen for nannies that have a passion for children. We have developed the industry’s most comprehensive system for interviews, reference checks and background searches so that families can be confident in their nanny selection.

Our childcare candidates are experienced child care caregivers who have an understanding of child safety, development, age appropriate activities and traditional nanny duties.

Our nannies must be:

1. At least 18 year old
2. Legal to work in the U.S.
3. Certified in infant/child First Aid & CPR (or will certify within their first month of employment.)
4. High School educated
5. Experienced with at least 2 years of verifiable childcare employment

Nanny Position Types:

Permanent: This service enables you to hire a long term nanny for your desired quantity of hours with the expectation of one year or longer employment term.

Summer:: This service enables you to hire a nanny for for the summer with a June through August employment term.

Temporary:  This service enable you to hire a nanny for any number of days/weeks/months with a 4 hour per day minimum. This service is ideal for date nights, vacations, night nanny work and any other type of interim care requirement.

IMPORTANT: Our long term placement process can take from 2-8 weeks depending on the specific requirements.
